Don't think it's a huge shock, folk leaving. Happens all the time in football.

Also doubt it is a reflection on their work, simply things are changing.

I suppose we are top heavy with coaches (certainly for a Championship club), so people will go. The question is, can the new staff hit the ground running? I would really like to hear Mark Ogren define goals and timescales. I find the new regime quite opaque.

Yeah but if you're paying out their salaries as per contract would you not be as well keeping them & getting something for your money?

Not sure about fishy. They'll get paid and obviously Andy Goldie and Lee McCulloch aren't working for nothing. What are you thinking is 'fishy'?

At face value this looks like they don't fit into Asghar and McCullochs plan (?) Or is that an assumption too far.
Feel really sorry for the lads because they gave up jobs to come to a club they love.
But I'm sure our loss will be someone's gain
