See Chumpions league TV experts tonight saying rules on deliberate hand ball are changing on June 1st. Is this correct?

Am I wrong in thinking before deliberate hand ball as we currently know it had a previous thing about gaining advantage?

If it's changing I hope it includes that aspect.

Also heard on the radio that changes suggested include playing a goal kick by the keeper can be accepted by a player inside the 18 yard box?

Anyone know mair about potential or confirmed changes?

One rule I'd like to be across the board is regarding refs disclosing their team and being barred from reffing matches that puts them in a position they should'nt be in.
