For a boy that neilson doesn't allegedly rate i thought he strolled game yesterday.

Is it that Neilson doesn't rate him or is it that he doesn't think his partnership with Frans is strong enough to win us the league and that's why he signed 2 new CB's? Think it's just this?
If he didn't rate him surely he wouldn't have started at Palmerston?

The fact we signed two Center half in the window speaks volumes however I was never too concerned about both Frans or Bouhenna more both full backs and some cover as the Edge was well past it.
Comfortable with the ball at his feet and Neilson has also used him as a holding mid (not his best position) so will be valuable in the run in.
We have plenty of options in all the positions and good expierence with Reynolds and Connelly which has given Robson some new life and confidence.
One of Lazlo's better signings.

There are games when bouhenna has looked like an accomplished defender. The Ayr game in the hurricane he was abysmal, if Robbie was undecided on Bouhenna this would have convinced him we could get better CHs

Yeah definitely. Only Seaman got pass marks that night and Gomis had a mare yet he started yesterday too.

I think Bouhenna has raw potential, definitely.
Hopefully he can learn from playing beside experienced pro's like Connolly and Reynolds.
Guys who are natural leaders.

Bouhenna did have a good game yesterday, but he should be playing at his peak given his age (a wee bit older than Connolly): I think he's more dependable and has more ability than Frans, but is a tad weak when against physical forwards.
Gomis was bullied in the second period yesterday by love rat Lyndon Dykes.
I'm shocked by Sow's simple lack of fitness: he's not got a bit of fat on him, looks like a strong lad, but his mobility suggests, to me, that his legs are fucked. I hope not.

Didn't realise Bouhenna was nearly 28. Thought he was about 5 years younger.

When Sow came on against St Mirren tbh I thought he was doing the show pony look at me act, never managed to close down one player, although tbf he did bring a decent save out of their keeper. Not sure we've signed the player we all expected but willing to wait and see.
