Hell House
As someone who watches a lot of horror flicks with the Mrs it is rare that i find one that can still give me the creeps.
This film did.
Worth a watch for fans of the genre.

TEK, check out the Japanese film Audition. I think the full thing is on YouTube. That will give all kinds of new creeps. Also the Japanese film (ironically) Creepy. There's some Japanese horrors I couldn't go near but those too are good--more creepy than gory. Another would be Cold Fish.

Don't go near the gory stuff like Hostel and Saw.
But like a genuinely creepy supernatural flick.
