Re: January transfer window

What about him? Are we linked with him? Or is this thread becoming a notification of every player that sniffed Scottish football and is now getting punted from their current club?

Re: January transfer window

Apparently the lad Nesbitt and another unknown player trained at St Andrews yesterday.

Re: January transfer window

This is highlights of the Scottish Youth Cup Final from 2015.

It's basically a 'who's who' of players who ended up at Utd.

Re: January transfer window

Pawlett plus Nesbitt, minutes played in League Two this season in total: 118.

Not encouraging.

Re: January transfer window

The standard of football in league 2 is probably of a higher standard than the league we are in which isn't hard. Remember Neilson knows these players and he signed them to play in league 1. The new manager maybe just doesn't fancy them doesn't mean they are bad players. Wouldn't be too disheartened lads

A wee bit disappointed by the lack of activity today tbh. When is the new owner coming to Dundee btw?

The club feels like it is in limbo at the moment.

I don't feel we're in limbo at all. Change, yes. It's only 48 hours in so a bit early to be worrying. In his Q&A Ogren said IIRC he'd be over early in January so I'd expect news on that soon.

I'm more worried re nielsen publicly criticising half the team on saturday and expecting them to do a job this saturday for us. Yes, we ken they are pish but realisticly we should beat thistle at home. Now i fear some of these players may down tools (if selected) at the weekend.

Not sure if posted before but BBC reporting there are 2 groups at training, the stayers and the unwanted!

Ian Harkes.

23 years old and just 2 goals in professional football according to Wiki.

Nesbitt almost 22 and also 2 goals in pro football.

Hardly inspiring.

I hope to fuck Neilson knows what he's doing.

Re: January transfer window

No idea what nesbitt will be like but he’ll surely to be fuck be better than mcmullan and king

Harkes is a intesting one, seemed to have a brilliant first season in MLS, call up to USA mens team then last Season went Wrong, interesting signing

Are they both not defensive midfielders? - in which case goals won't be their thing and all they have to be is better than Rabitsch and Barton which shouldn't be too much of a push....
