We cannae all remotely agree on the best line up, especially in defence, so it's a hard job for Mr Neilson.
Some of the players are steady enough in this league, but unfortunately, that's where they'll keep us.
Losing seven goals at home to the two promoted teams in the last two games is a our comeuppance for holding on to Csaba for far too long.
I'll think about a team later.

Loemba to get a surprise inclusion and score 4......

3-5-2
Keeper
Watson
Bouhenna
Frans
Aird
Rabitsch
McMullan (or Stanton)
Fyvie
Robson (or Booth)
Safranko
Curran
Reasons: Watson isn’t a full back and drifts to the centre, but he is good in the air, Aird should have had a boot up the arse for his initial involvement in the first goal last week, rarely beats a player but can flight a ball (something we’ve lacked from wide for a time. Aird should be able to look after his defensive duties better, and Rabitsch, who few rate, can provide a bit of strength on the right too. A plus, and I’m now about to jinx Rabitsch and others, is the referee, David Munro has not sent off anyone in his 5 (just five) Championship matches in his career. He did our game v Thistle at home earlier this season, cannae mind too much bad about him.
On the left side, some fans are showing a lack of confidence in Booth, and I wouldn’t be averse to Robson playing there, with the hard working Curran checking back on that side, as long as he doesn’t wander too far unless we are attacking…. then get him up alongside Safranko.
McMullan has to be utilised in the middle or not at all, so it would be either him or Stanton there.
I'd keep Murdoch on the bench as he can cover a number of defensive areas, or come on in midfield if/when Rabitsch gets booked.
Toiling to shoehorn Edge into that line up
Of course, the team tomorrow will have no resemblance to the above, and it's a hard job Robbie's got just now, and the players too, to be fair.
And I wonder if there is an element of disruption about the club presently, maybe an atmosphere of trepidation, if there are actually new owners hovering?

Agree with the shape and formation Pat.
Would just play McMullan and Stanton though and have neither Robson or Booth anywhere near the starting XI.

Never gonna win the league, great chance to close gap, failed. Neilson even though he says he doesn’t want to, gut this squad of the absolute shite that is in it
Online!
More points dropped.
Gives me the absolute fear this Neilson talk of just 1 or 2 in and out.
Need half a dozen in and the same out (on loan if any cunt will take them and pay a bit of their wages).
Looking awfy like we will be staying down again, currently.

We all have the fear of just having a couple in, no sure anything has been said about how many out bud.
I actually hope the 2 in quote is mair tactful than true in the end.

Poor performance, and of course, everyone is disappointed.
Would folk disagree that Robbie made an arse of his selection and even worse, his substitutions?

Rakovan looked about as clever at the goal as Morton's keeper at oor's.
You cannae win a league without having a solid keeper and defence.

You need to score goals too. We don't score anywhere near enough.
Since we went down, how many teams we hammered?

I thought we played OK first half. Second half Morton came out fired up but honestly don't think we looked like conceding until the keeper does that. So frustrating that it is an individual mistake that a decent keeper would not have made that has cost us three points.
