What movie was that in?

I might have this wrong, but I think it was 'White Chicks'.

That's 'WHITE CHICKS'.

Re: Dundee Utd v Ayr Utd 30/11/18

Watched the highlights.

Didn't realise the cross got deflected off Watson's back at the first goal.

No excuse, it didn't put Shankland off. The boy could have scored a few more in the first half, and for the slating other defenders have rightly got, Bouhenna didn't cover himself in glory either over the entire match.

One thing, Ayr got plenty of players in the box at times, something we rarely seem to do.

Some odd decisions from Robertson, an ex-player too. Laughing after the fifth goal? Mind you, no wonder, he was maybe laughing at our performance.

Ayr's team have mostly been together for 2-3 years. We've been together for about 6 months and it showed. That spirit just wasn't there.

Too much commotion

What worried me is we went back to that old way of not caring about the scoreline.

3,4,5 didn't seem to matter. Heads had went right down and it could have been anything.

Too many players we simply can't trust.

Sums a lot of things up this post for me.

Fair enough. I think I might have said Watson shouldn't be playing right back , but you are right, Edge has had his chance. I thought the whole back line were stinking.

Re: Dundee Utd v Ayr Utd 30/11/18

RN will be kicking himself that he didn't bring Frans back and maybe start Murdoch at rb but maybe that wouldn't have saved us anyway.
Wd  be interesting to know what he's thinking these last 24 hrs. How can Fyvie and Stanton get bullied out so easy. How can so many players leave their game in the dressing room. How can Aird McMullan and curran deliver so little. Fkn mindblowing
It's a disastrous setback but there's still a long way to go. need to bounce back right away though

Massive game friday against top of the table Ayr Utd. We should have a very good support and hopefully a good atmosphere.

Who would you go with?
Siegrist
Watson
Booth
Bohenna
Edge
Stanton
Fyvie
Mcmullan
Aird
Clark
Safranko

So just Fyvie for Rabitsch then? I suppose that is the likely line-up. Leaving out Frans & King. Then Curran, Robson, Smith, Rabitsch on the bench too.

Our back 4 options - Watson, Murdoch, Frans, Bouhenna, Edje, Booth, Robson. Got to be honest, gives me the fear a  wee bit which is most unlike me - anyone who pulls on a tangerine jersey is phukn brilliant in my eyes. But could we not do with a Webster or a Fojut in there? If Robbie can conjure up a solid back four from what he's inherited that can get us out of this league he's a good man. Or am I being a bit harsh?

Wasn't being harsh, being lenient.

Re: Dundee Utd v Ayr Utd 30/11/18

Calmed down now.
Thought it was worth saying that whilst we were poor, you have to hand it to jobby, that's a great Ayr side that he has built.  They looked like they could score every time they attacked (at pace) and they kept it very tight at the back.  The pace was the main issue for us - we just couldn't handle it.  That's concerning if there is any chance this bunch can get up at the end of the season.
Losing Shankland will be a blow for Ayr, but I think they have several players that mean that they are still going to be in the mix at the end of the season.
