Looks like Kopel against Killie?

Jackie Copeland v Jiul Petrosani?

Could be either of the two mentioned above, but a left-field guess Allan Forsyth versus Killie?

It is Frankie Kopel. But the picture is a puzzle in itself, for the opposition is Sheffield Wednesday.
That's Peter Springett in goals, younger brother of Ron.
Peter got his hands on the European Cup though. He's in the last photograph on this link holding it:

We definitely played Wednesday in a friendly Pat. It must've been 73-74 Season or the 74-75 Season I think. I vaguely remember being at the game we the auld man. Think it was a draw, Kopel netting our goal.
If that's the match you're talking about Pat, then I'm in the crowd in the right of shot.

I'm fairly sure it is Pat. I've never been able to track down any video footage of that.

Oh to have been a flat cap salesman in those days (zoom in), be living the life of Reilly (no pun intended..)

Loved this big mad man and was distraught when he departed Tannadice (despite the 4 million quid).
13 year old me wasn't interested in transfer fees (oh to go back to that tbh).

Around the same time as Big Dunc we signed this guy. Looked very promising but I think injury sadly shortly curtailed his career at Utd.
Anyone mind him? (i'm sure a few older posters will).

One of my more rare Wee Jim pictures from my archives.
This was taken when he managed a 'Scottish Premier Division Select' side in a 1-0 victory over Scotland at Hampden.
A match Freddy Van Der Hoorn mentioned (and played in) on his Q+A on here. If memory serves correct it was a mostly (or maybe totally?) foreign side. The Select side, that is (of course).

Hamish without a 'tash. (No it isn't, my mistake
) ((Another edit, it is, isn't it?)
Always loved the black strip with red socks.
Think this is 66-67.
