Wouldn't be keen on Billy Dodds coming to Tannadice, and have seen no indication that that could be the case.

I don't quite get Utd fans dislike of Dodds tbh.
Other than the Rangers move, which though was heartbreaking for us, i don't particulary hold against him.
He wanted more money, to win things and to play for his boyhood team.
I'd fuck over (for examples sake) Raith Rovers to push threw my move to Utd. But that doesn't mean i still wouldn't hold a wee soft spot for them or respect the club/support.
I don’t dislike Dodds, but he had one good season for us and isn’t pulling up trees as a coach.
I guess I could flip it and ask what the strong driver to get him in is?
Has he worked with Nielsen before? Do they get on? Do they have the same philosophy?
I don’t know the answers to most of those questions. I wouldn’t be raging at the appointment but wouldn’t be that fussed either
He was a 'winner'. And went on to have a great career despite not being the tallest or quickest player in the country. Worked hard on the technical part of his game.
Would be happy to see someone like him work with our Forwards.
A good guy to have in a dressing room imo.
p.s. doubt we would go for him btw. Just speaking out loud so to speak.

What about an old head and United man like Heggy?
Online!
Our strikers could do a lot worse than spend a few hours with Dodds each week.

The more i think about it, the more i want Billy Dodds.
As above, be great coach to work on our forwards.
BNB's hate him.
Which means we would, inevitably, love him (again).
