Yes.
The injuction was to stop the press naming him due to these counter charges being made.

Bit of googling would appear to indicate the the complianer was named openly on 17th August but anonymity injunction caused this name to be removed more than a month later on 29th Sept 2017 from web media reports.
Maybe the court injunction says that everyone has to forget what was in the reports during that 6 week period
