Probably not the best idea to be posting publicly about this “Mr. A” character, whoever he may be. Contempt of court can be dealt with pretty severely by the justice system.

The case is in the public domain and , as such, being talked about on other social media platforms.

Was it not the case that the complainant was openly named on the BBC website ( and others ) and thereafter sought anonymity causing retrospective amendment of web pages to include Mr A ?
