Limavady? That's near the Derry, isn't it?
Nearer Coleraine than Derry but not by much if am mistaken. I know what you are getting at Pat but you are way way off the mark.
...........
I've actually visited your town. Around 1984 IIRC. Was staying with friends in Portrush up on the North Coast. We used the train to travel most places, Coleraine, Portstewart, Castle Rock, but they took us to Limavady by car, as the railway station had closed just a few years earlier. Remember the Main Street was a wide road and had a nice wee Cafe up the hill. Think I can remember an electrical shop there, as the mate's missus was looking to buy a new cooker or something.

You are spot on Limavady is close to all those places you mention. The North West coast is a lovely part of Northern Ireland. Been a few changes since 1984 i can tell you not all for the good.
Coleraine done really well last season in the league finishing second, Limavady United the local team not so good they are in the lower division. St J manager Tommy Wright was Limavady United manager at one point had them playing some good stuff.
He would do a job at the Deech without a doubt .
