They are a bit hit and miss.

Finally got round too listening to them for a good solid hour there.
And i liked them for the most part (bit hit'n'miss as said above though).
The frontman reminds me of a midlands version of Lydon a bit.Particulary with the repetition.(NO NO NO NO NO NO...NOOO> YOU'RE A LIAR LIAR LIAR etc)
I will need to further investigate.Unusual that i don't instantly hate a band these days though.
