Re: Billy King

He's got the bravery of a mouse but now Shabba is saying he's missing him and he's a first team starter!!! I don't think so !!

Re: Billy King

What is his injury exactly?

Re: Billy King

Thigh injury.  Happened during the summer (before pre-season). Labelled at the presser by Csaba as a 'stupid injury'.  Hasn't trained at all.

What was Booth's injury?

Too much commotion

Re: Billy King

Tin hat on, I think there’s a player in billy king, in run of games we played last season when we beat Falkirk 3-0 etc he was absolutely brilliant, just no consistency and no heart

Billy King is a great player when we are winning.
He’s not the type of boy that will dig deep when we are losing though, just shrinks into himself.
Scott Allan is a lot like this amongst other players

Usually score the 2nd or 3rd goal in a rout but never score the equaliser or first goal in a comeback

In my opinion

Re: Billy King

I've not seen enough of him tbh.
Generally speaking tho it's difficult to accurately assess players when they're playing in a  struggling side with poor spirit in the camp.
Hard for anyone to look that good.
I'll bet if Billy King was at Dunfermline who seem to be a happy lot you'd see more of him.

Re: Billy King

I'm just thinking b&t that we're a right downtrodden lot at the moment & it's hard for anyone to look good or show up well. I worry about our lack of team spirit (pre Aviemore, watch them go tomorrow) cos it's a competitive league we're in, so tight with half a dozen teams of equal strength squads (despite our supposed bigger budget) that the team that play as a team might tip the balance.

Re: Billy King

Billy King added speed of attack on a good day but beat himself on occassions. We probably need him to spread play to attack faster than painfully slow others until he's replaced.
