The Forum has reached the ripe old age of 4.
Started on Sunday 5th July 2014.
In that time we have had over 80,000 posts and have been lucky enough to have had some great Q+A's with ...
Stevie Campbell
Sieb Dijkstra
Harry Souttar
Garry Kenneth
Craig Easton
Brian Welsh
Danny Cadamarteri
Paul Sturrock
Andy McLaren
Freddy Van Der Hoorn
We have also had some great competitions, Fan Focuses with you guys and Desert Island Discs with posters (one of my favourite threads from the past).
Unfortunately the club has only really went in a downward trajectory since the Forum started but hopefully we have some happier times (and as a result posts/threads) this coming season. I think we are long overdue some.
Thanks to all who have contributed to the site in a positive way over the past 4 years and i hope you have enjoyed using the site as much as i have.✌

I joined about a month after you started up the Forum Tek. I'd been looking in on Footymad for a while, and sensed some disquiet. So when I heard you were starting up the Towers, thought what the heck. Its been very enjoyable, very informative, and on the whole very balanced. Also got to know a few like minded folk, if only virtually, if you know what so mean.
Hope the opportunity arises for us all to have a real pint together some day, not just a virtual one.
Well done m8.

I wanted to say congratulations on reaching 4 years, just made the decision to join.
Looking at the Q+A list a couple of memories stand for me with a couple of the names involved.
Brian Welsh - The late equaliser at Tannadice against Partick Thistle when all hope had gone for me.
Sieb Dijkstra - A very late on penalty save against Ayr Utd at Somerset Park in a 0-0 Scottish Cup game. I remember fearing the worst as there was very little time for getting an equaliser if they scored.

Hopefully we can celebrate five years by looking forward to unveiling the championship league flag at Tanny for our first game back in the premiership.
Oh and laughing about how England thought they'd win the world cup the previous summer!

Please don't tempt fate about England just now. I am actually getting worried they might just pull it off, given the easier route to the final they appear to have.

Can't see it mate. No team has really shined but I can't see England beating Brazil, France, Uruguay or Belgium. They've on a whole looked very average. If they had no Kane they'd be home already.

Happy belated birthday to this fine board, although a fairly new visitor to the towers, but in my brief time here i have alway found it fair and informitive with some interesting bedates and rants about our favorite frustration. Hats off Tek,and all the other members for making TT what it is, onwards and upwards.

Cannot believe it's been four years, the hardest four years the majority of us have spent watching United.
I've enjoyed being a member on here and the Q&A's / fans focus / D.I.D episodes have excellent, much nicer forum to post in without the whallopers on Mad and the injoke clique on EF.
May TT have a happy season ahead.

Well done Tek and posters - you have made this board something decent to follow

Four years? The forum's a jinx!
Seriously, well done Tek and the posters, not so many petty arguments on here, and quite a lot of informed background detail provided by some folk.
