Pre season friendlies
Due to the Betfred group games starting so early we'll doubtless stay in Scotland again and play the likes of Forfar , Brechin and Arbroath.
Any word on any trips down South or english clubs playing a Tannadice friendly?

With this new league cup format and everyone treating the groups as friendlies, I can’t see there being more than 2 games, probably something like Raith and Brechin away (if there’s even that).

Betfred Cup 1st matchday is scheduled on 14th of July, 8 weeks from today.
We have a whole new team to put together and getting to know eachother won't be an excuse after recent failings.
Think yer baith right in thinking we will play localish wee teams.
Guessing Montrose will be 1st or one of the 1st if we have enough players brought in afore the 14th of July.
8 weeks wid be decent therapy for us fans though.

Couldn't care any less about that betfred cup. Play the youth side for all I care. We've no chance of winning it so just a massive distraction.
Why let the governing body set the terms of your fucking preseason. Play a youth side and set preseason priorities on your own terms. Sfa or whoever is responsible for that format needs a proper fucking shake.

Pessimistic having just watched Phil Jones play center half today. Fk me hes gash. Little shits like Lingard, della alli and sterling. Hard to get behind. Sure itll all change come kickoff though.
