Curran's interview suggests he is the sort of boy our dressing room could do with though. Noel Hunt was the same sort of character. If he's even a third as good as Noel I'll be happy.

Think the idea we need big center halves is a bit daft. We've had big bastards at center half, unfortunately though, were fucking shit. The best center half we had last year came in half way through the season. Also happened to be a very good footballer.

Center Halves are generally big cunts, I'll take mine with a football brain who wont sh1t himself in possession please.

That’s a fair point. Hopefully he has a similar impact. My gripe’s more with the fact that he’s not 6 ft 3 than anything else. I hope he’s over his concussion problems, I had a wee read of an interview he done on it a year or so ago, must be a fucking nightmare to live with.

What age was wee Hunty though? 22?

The boy Curran is nearly 29.

Speaking to a boy on Twitter (County fan) he says to not expect a lot of goals from him.

But he did add he's a hard worker who done a lot of the donkey work when he played upfront with Liam Boyce.

Sounds like more of an assister than an out and out scorer.

Age doesn't really come into it when the goal ratio was a 1 in 8 for Dunfermline.

Me I'll go for the big no nonsense types that clear their lines every time and can chip in with the odd goal or assist at set pieces. I prefer my silky, risky stuff to be at the opposite end of the park

Might take him to struggle for offers and have a shite time from now on. Hopefully against Panama and Belgium and not engerland if he makes the Tunisian team for the World Cup.

I'd love to have him back.

Morris is leaving Dunfermline. Don’t be surprised to see him back here, I spotted him in the stand at a few games towards the end of last season. He’d be very much a Laszlo signing should he rejoin, I was told that Csaba’s been impressed with him and his aggressive, no-nonsense style in the games he’s played against us this season.
