Well done to Livingstone (Meadowbank Thistle, Ferrati Thistle) who have just shown that it is possible to get promoted through the play offs. This after only ONE season in the Championship and this with a fraction of the dosh and support our club has. There has to be lessons our club can learn from them.

The main one in my view is having a proper manager who can get players to perform at or near or even above their potential and the other one is playing a system which concentrates on attacking,defending and competing rather than our endless backwards and sideways passing. 

I suspect if they had the same players but with Csaba/Ray in charge they would be staying in the Championship next season and I suspect that if we had the same players with Hopkins in charge, we could well have gone up. Hopkins was one of the names touted when Ray got the boot - just wished we'd got him
