Indeed.
He's done really well at Raith. They've won their Development League East the 2 years he's been at Starks Park.

He's done really well at Raith. They've won their Development League East the 2 years he's been at Starks Park.
He has done well, and really thrown himself into a lot of things at the club, raising money etc. I don’t know how much u can take from them winning that league tho, the standard in there is terrible.

Scarily, it really isn’t. Some of the dev teams in that league don’t even train together, only meet on match days. I’m not sure how that works as ‘development’, the standard of player is so poor, but that’s reflected right thru football in Scotland just now. Still I don’t want to take anything away from him, he has done a lot of good at Raith.

Aye, spoke with a RR fan today, he said the same. RR have a big advantage and did well. Easton led them well and hard to know how all would be judged if against levelish competition but whats happened was good if not challenged hard.

I had the chance to chat with CE when he was doing some media work down in Essex, post-Southend. He struck me as smart and ambitious, and he said that without doubt his happiest time in football was at Tannadice. His love for the side was clear to see.
From that one meeting ... I would say bringing him back is nothing but positive for a club badly in need of some strong appointments.

Delighted with this. My mate’s worked with him a couple of times and said he’s a very good coach. Reading what everyone else Is saying this Is a positive move. Bowman out hopefully.
