McNamara was a shite Manager who inherited good players.

Problem is at a club our size players are very quickly recyclable. So a shite Manager will be exposed before too long when he has to bring in his own players.

We need someone with experience of building squads successfully on a modest budget and bringing out the best in average players.

We need to push the boat out for Tommy Wright this time.
