If a club like Boca juniors bought a player like that to club both the manager and the player himself would be assassinated

Rightly fucking so. It makes me want to greet knowing he’s playing for our club.
I made my mind up within 5 minutes of seeing that useless fucker, that László thinks he’s the first option in the biggest game of our season should make the decision our board HAS to make this summer a no-brainer.
We’ve seen some shite walk through our doors. Shala, O’Donovan, Anier, Mathie, you fucking name it. Nothing even comes close to this boy.

Laslo has to go before he signs another 12 - 15 Emil Lyngs for next season !

not fair to use him as a scapegoat. Goals we conceded were fucking shocking and came from nothing. Had nothing to do with him.

Spot on. Lyng and Csaba are both imposters. An imposter manager and imposter player.
The number of decent forward players in squad. Matty Smith, Slater, McMullen
Players were knackered when we were 2-1. Bring on Gillespie and durnan and a forward. It was crying out for fresh legs.
Csaba lost us that match

Beggars belief he continues to play him. We were on top when we were getting down the wings. The goals were not directly him, this is true, however once he came on even Robson knew not to pass it to him and kept them trying to ping balls to McDonald. This given the fact Robson couldn’t pass the ball 5yrs meant trying a 20yrd pass didn’t go overly well did it.
Looking forward to Saturday when the final nail will be hammered in and we can get a break from this heartache

He may not be the reason we lost tonight (though it never fucking helped).
But his appearance tonight should signal to EVERY single Dundee United supporter that Csaba Laszlo doesn't have a fucking clue what he is doing.

Correct.
We thought that signing a Barnet reserve last season was rock bottom.
The day our club accepted our position in the First Division was the day we decided this boy was good enough for us.

All a bit harsh to be ploughing into Lyng over this.
What happened tonight had fuck all to do with him. Not his fault he was chucked in by that fucking clown.
Incredible so many people are wading into him but barely a word against the soft as shite imposters that have actually done us in tonight, as they have so many times previously.

Make no mistake Lyng is garbage but you are spot on, the leagues biggest budget was in the main wasted on losers and injury prone losers, Not enough hunger to win in this squad. Massive clear out essential regardless of the league we are in next season.

Lyng maybe isn't doing well right now, and he had his part in the Livi equaliser, but he buck stops at Csaba.
We have a squad of players who are able players in their own right, but are also "soft as shite" as Trap_6 says above. Csaba has done nothing to rectify this with his signings (and the buck stops with him).
I'm almost hoping we get absolutely pumped in the Macaroni Park, so it brings that daft cunt Martin into the real world.

Think you are missing the point a wee bitty here T6.
No-One is saying Lyng was directly involved in us losing.
But his appearance at a time in the match when we were tiring was mind-blowing.
No harm to the boy but he is never a footballer of any repute. That Laszlo is still calling on him in big games ahead of McMullan, Smith, (or even Chalmers or Kadded).....well fuck me. I would have thrown Mohsni upfront ahead of him.

I'm not missing the point at all Tek,
People might not be blaming him directly for the defeat, but he seems to be the player being singled out most.
All I'm saying is, if folk are looking for things to get pissed off about tonight, there are a good few higher up the list than Lyng.

There are a myriad of problems at Tannadice.
But everyone can see this boy is not of the standard required (and has done for months).
That he was brought on instead of McMullan or Smith when we were tiring did in a way result in the game turning despite our obvious individual mistakes,
Did the ball stick up in their half after Lyng came on? Did we test their Keeper even once?
I'm not having a go at Lyng btw (he's simply out of his depth, but not his fault). I entirely blame Laszlo for the selection/sub.

Theres a few more not of the standard required that were on from the start last night. Robson, murdoch, king to name 3.

Oh i agree.
But that doesn't excuse bringing on Lyng in a pivotal moment in our biggest game of the season.

Csaba brought Lying on last week at East End Park, also at a 'pivotal moment', and the support was stunned.
Then he left him out of the squad for the home match.
It's then astonishing to think Csaba decided he was a key player to involve last night, a player who the manager himself thought not up to being in the squad after his previous inept appearance.
It's totally Csaba's blunder here, on the playing side.

Lyng and Robson were equally partly to blame fo their equalizer. Lyng was nowhere near Mullin when the ball went out to him. He had 10 yards open space ah aroond him. He had a chance to challenge him. Abodys' shouting "close him doon, bring him doon, foul the b@stard" but no, he runs onto the wrong side oe him and doesna make a challenge. Worst that would happened was a Yellow caird. Equally Robson gets in front oe Mullin between him and the ba, but he makes a chunt oe it, Mullin runs roond him ana. Mosher is no close enough.
