Nervous but a good win today In all. 2 clean sheets In a row with a mehmet. Good to see Tam hitting the net again fingers crossed he gets more confident.

Last 2 games I don't think we ever looked like losing. We don't create enough clear cut chances though.
No bad first half.
Awful second half - bailed with 5 mins of normal to go which isnae like me.
Given the enforced changes defence wasn't too bad with good performances from Moshni and Deniz I thought.
Willo not too bad but Gillespie really makes a difference and, imo, will get better after more games.
McDonald was fucking honking and should have been hooked (to be clear no complaints about his effort) - King similar but of the two McDonald was in the more pivotal position and should have been gone earlier.
Good efforts and shifts from McMullan and Mikkelson.
Started with the same good intensity that we had on Tuesday - disappointed it had disappeared by half time.
Csaba looks unable to communicate with his players during the game, whether or not it's language of whether they just ignore him i don't know - doesn't bode well for the play offs though.

A wins a win and all that. Just a bit disappointed we never got any more goals. It wasna a brilliant game as such. Kinda similar to Tuesday nicht. Dinna ken how, coz it wasna St Midden we were playing. Falkirk couldna had more than 1 or 2 attempts that I mind oe. Deniz didna have to make any spectacular saves did he. In contrast, Barirns keeper had to make a few.
Oor goal came fae the Bairns keeper putting the ba oot to his player on the right but he phucked up and King got the ba, layed-aff to Willo, who put a great cross in and Big Tam thumped it in low to the left. Big Tams best game yet TBH.
After goal, Bairns had a lot of the ba. Until aboot 20 mins later when Skippy chipped in to King but his shot was saved. McMullan had a great attempt from the left just after that but was saved.
1st half attempts fae Willo, Gillespie, McMullan(x3), King. 2nd half attempts fae McMullan(x2), Skippy, Mosher.
Near the end, McMullan had a brilliant shot which just slipped wide oe the left post.
Gillespie had a good gehm I thought. Didna hae an awfy lot oe the ba, but he played some good simple passes, and had 1 good attempt in the 1st 5 minutes.
Some less than quality loose passes generally fae lots oe players the day, from which we lost possession, and this contributes towards our general lack of chances. Was a wee bit disappointed in Skippy the day. Thought he shoulda been hooked instead oe McMullan.
One thing that was awfyy noticeable the day. When the ball was in play, eg. in midfield, you could clearly see the 2 Falkirk fowards up, always in line we our back 4. But rarely were our forwards up in line with the Falkirk defenders. Big Tam, Skippy and McMullan nearly always aboot 10 yaerds back fae them. Baffling. And of course the flavour of the month just noo, when the opposition get a coarner, we have nae chunt up front. At least twice the day, if we'd had a player oot, we were on a good break.
Mosher the day cleared the ba over 25 times. MOM for me between him and McMullan.

Although I've slated McMullan in the past, he was MoM for me.
Different perspectives, but I thought Falkirk had very little to them although they worked hard, trying to stop us playing about at the back........... which I wish we would do less of.
McMullan apart, wasn't really impressed by our attacking play, and don't get the praise for Mikkelsen. Hope we can get better for next season, and willing to be swayed if he does well in the play-offs

hopefully that has stopped the decline. If we make the playoffs I would put our chances at 50/50 against teams in our league. Against a top league team probably a different story. Tiredness should not be an issue this time as many of the team have missed a lot of games for various reasons. Moshni Ralston Gillespie Mikkelson Fraser Murdoch. Its the hope that kills you, Brechin have 3 games to stop themselves becoming the worst team in Scottish football history, surely we couldn't could we?

Almost as good a change in fight as the StMurrn game on Tuesday night.
Moshni gives the whole team a different feel, flavour and influence. Solid in defence mainly, eye for a pass that brings others in better and the opposite of hiding.
Ralston has talent but is still maybe adjusting to having lesser options too.
McMullen was improved again, confidence up and will do better with an on form match fit Fraser too.
Denis the Mehmet had another clean sheet.
Flood does less tactical damage when he's no the only player chasing down and getting stuck in.
Keep the fight up and we have a chance.
Wasn't sure we'd have a comparible fight about us after Tuesday's about fkn time display.
Won't post the negatives and will leave it at that other than saying if the fight continues the support will maybe surprise them with a similar turnaround in backing fae the stands.

Wasn't there today but after getting 6 taken off us by them in January then I would regard a 1 nil hard fought win as a good turnaround.
That's us kept a clean sheet in our last 3 games at Tannadice. Looks like Mohsni has really bolstered us and credit too to Deniz Mehmet who has waited months for his chance and is doing well by all accounts.
On to Tuesday now and although I would hope we could win comfortably I would probably take a 1 nil win again just to keep the momentum going.

we need to take this on to Tuesday night up at Brechin and go for all 3 points another clean sheet and a few goals to give the players some confidence going into QOTS game on sat.
