Managerial Win Rates (League)
Jackie 38% (against Premier League teams albeit no Rangers Hearts Hibs)
Mixu 27% (against PL teams etc albeit with Jackies inherited squad)
Ray 42% (Championship with Hibs in it)
Csaba 38% (currently 4th in the Championship and under threat from Dunfermline and QoS for the final play off spot which is irrelevant as we will be out in the 1st round we play if we get there)
The post Xmas results are interesting too
Jackie (14-15) 20%
Ray (16-17) 22%
Csaba (17-18) 20%
All relegation form
All 4 managers play/played a brand of football which is unattractive to watch and devoid of excitement. Given Jackie, Mixu and Rays teams were unsuccessful, they all had to go. Why then, is Csaba still here. Its hard to believe that anyone could be a worse manager than those 3 but Csaba takes the biscuit and unlike the others, he hasn't had to face a big team. Hurry up and give him a vote of confidence so the process of punting him can begin

Our capitulation from December in the past few years is unbelievable. It’s like we go into hibernation.
Look we need to get this ship turned round as we are rudderless at the moment. Martin wants to be judged by his actions, well this is an easy one Mike the management team needs to go tonight and these spineless playing staff need some home truths.

Boy on Mad saying he's gone.

Not sure we'll see a dramatic turnaround with him being gone honestly. I want him out as much as anyone else but the playing staff are pretty much set from now till end of season, not sure there is a manager out there who could turn this around. Guarantee we'll still be playing two defensive midfielders home and away.

The players have chucked mate 100%, as far as I’m concerned come the end of the season every Fucking one of them should be released or transfer listed, bunch of spineless arseholes, the manager can only do so much, but when they cross that white line it’s there responsibility, bunch of fucking losers every single one of them

Reckon the bloke posting that used to post nonsense here.
Cannae see Csaba leaving unless we have no mathematical chance of promotion. He should be put beside Mixu and Raymond doing the shrubbery, and should have been there a couple of months ago.
We'll have to make some sort of pay off, and dress it up otherwise.

The Biggest budget and supposedly best squad in the league and we are 21(Twenty fucking one) points behind St Mirren in the weakest Championship in years.
We are now a bang average mid table championship side still going backwards.
Sickening.

it's 13.15 and he's still not had the mallet ffs.
although we have very little chance if any of going up this season through the ever decreasing play off route, you can't allow his go go on for ever surely.
put McDonald and Ellis in charge

Heard he's not going anywhere.
Mike Martin believes in stability, will give Csaba a season.
Csaba doesn't rate the squad and has made this known before, will only keep a couple of the players. The rest will be allowed to go. This appears to be the reason the players have downed tools.
The players he 'signed' in Jan were deals made by DT. He will be making way.
Seasons end cant come soon enough.

Paraphrasing you, weedude, but not just the players will be leaving if Csaba is given a season. Surely MM knows this.
It's Csaba that started fannying around with the defenders, playing the wrong players at right back for example. It's Csaba who gave Quinn another contract. It's Csaba who sends the team out set up not to score or trouble the opposition. I could go on, but without getting rid of him, many of the fans will be leaving.

If we are keeping Csaba on going into next season you will see season ticket sales of around 2,000 if you're lucky.
Astonishing that this is being allowed to be played out given we still have an outside chance of promotion this season.

If this nonsense about Martin wanting to keep Csaba for the sake of stability is true, the fans need to make sure he’s left in no doubt that this simply can’t be happening.
A big chorus of “Csaba get to fuck” at the next home game, and all that follow should do the trick.

MIke Martin believes in stability so he is going to get rid of the entire playing staff and back room staff as well to accommodate a proven halfwit.
I’ve no problem with getting rid of players and DT but don’t try and pass off keeping this moron under the pretence of stability.
He’s doing it because he is tight and doesn’t want to pay off the worst manager in our history.
A man with no proven track record of success.
Judge me by my actions was the cry.
Season ticket sales will be your barometer you absolute shyster.
ST’s mate alright

ST is still majority shareholder
Does anyone believe MM actually has the power to pay off lazslo
and bring in a new manager?

Yeah, I'm hearing that ST is in the process of selling his shares to a consortium and word is Borthwick has took on £1.9 million of the debt. I heard a rumour a wee while ago about a joint American-Scandinavian consortium buying out ST, wonder if the wheels are in motion and its only a matter of time before this goes through.

MM raised the money somehow to buy Gussie, if he can do that he can pay off clown shoes.
The question is whether he wants to?
