Whatever has become of this so called red hot prospect. Saw his floundering debut v Falkirk and he got 5 mins against Alloa in the Cup when we were 2 up, since then nothing (thank goodness many will say) . Its most certainly not the form of Robson and Scobbie that's keeping him out of the team and we released Hornby so there's nobody barring his way and nothing (apart from ability) preventing him from playing. I take it the lack of game time has probably knackered Mason's chance of getting into Southgate's World Cup squad.
