Yip, Thats pretty much what I'd go with. It will be intresting to see Luggys influence on team selection or even how the Csaba/Luggy/Ellis dynamic will work. Busy dugout, who's got the reins.

Then again Lyng is fit , but don't think Luggy rates him ..... this will be interesting.

Durnan dropped.
Surprised at that. As is Mehmet, Edjenguele, King, McMullan and King.
Team is .....
Lewis
Ralston
Scobbie
Mohsni
Robson
Murdoch
Flood
Fraser
Stanton
Smith
McDonald

Marginally better.
Fortunate with the equalizer but deserved it.
Defensively looked shaky every time they came forward second half. Free kicks and crosses were a nightmare.
Positive for me was the lad Moshni. Marginally at fault for there goal (which to be honest was a very nice move) but so refreshing to have someone looking to distribute and play football even while under pressure. I think that's largely why we managed to stay on front foot second half.
End of the day the result not good enough. No confidence going forward. Had opportunities to win but never felt like we'd anyone with any belief when we are in dangerous positions. Especially when Fraser went off.
Serious danger of missing the playoffs now. Not that it'll matter in the end.

Fuck , i stayed 90 minutes. Actually didnt mind the match as a spectacle.
Moshni looks a decent player tbf.

We looked much more comfortable with 3 at the back second half. We’re toothless up front though, can’t see where too many goals are coming from.
Mohsni clearly has ability, took all of about 20 minutes to realise he’s head and shoulders above the rest of our centre halves. Reminds me of a poor mans van Dijk.

Expected alot worse than i seen today.
Pass marks for all them.
Thought Moshni mcdonald stanton ralston stood out.
We did lack massively going forward for majority of the game i thought.

A bit better today, although that was not difficult.
The main positive was.The last 2 signings Mosni and Ralston were the best UTD players , is this is what happens when Laszo loses control over the signing policy im getting more convinced each week that he is holding the team back.
1 Dropping Durnan and keeping Scobbie?
2 Signs lyng 6 games later he cant make the squad?
3 Signs Gillespie a CM with 200 games in the top league and has not played in CM ever?
every Utd supporter could add many more to that list

Better then the performances Tuesday and last week no doubt. Actually more disappointed than anything else we never won the day. We had a bit of a fight about us the day, no for the whole 90 mins I agree, but there was a definite improvement.
Skippy's goal a great bit of reactionary play from him. I thought the Pars player was gonna put it over the by-line for a corner, but when he played it back to his keeper and it come straight back oot to Skippy, it was brilliant.
I thought overall we deserved to win the day, so am a bit disappointed, but hey--ho. At least the team got clapped aff.
MOTM for me probly Mohsni. Anybody ken how Scobbie got hooked? Fraser struggling a bit we fitness I think. Stanton excellent. Canna really say anybody was bad the day.
Shorter than my usual Setirsay night p1sh. Sneeked on the tablet during my 30th Anniversary doo, and if the wife finds oot, I'll no see the next ane.

Last bit sums up what we need to improve on.
Seemed to have more fight, better at the back and midfield in solid sense and good debut for Moshni. Formation looked different from the usual at times and seemed to work better but like Bowers said the most important part that gets the ball in the net was lacking. If we can keep and improve on the fight, chasing down better and benefit from the new players like Ralston, Moshni and even old new player Fraser and link up the attack better we might have a fighting chance of going up.
Still feel a bit flat about things and dissapointed we didn't close the gap but there are some positives.

Looks like I mibbee didna see the goal right. Thought the Pars player played it back to the keeper 1st, but looks like he tried to kick to his right and McDonald collected it and put it straight it in.

Pars # 28 Craigen in safety-first defending attempts to concede a corner to the left of the goal but his clearance quite simply & instantaneously bounces off Skippy's outstretched right foot & into the net.

If shambles drops Mosni on Tuesday night I will move from 95% convinced he is clueless to 100%. It should be the same back 3/5 that finished the game yesterday.

I'm not as upbeat as many on here - thought two poor sides played out a dull and unattractive game. On the plus side we were better at the back than we have been thanks to new signing Moshni + playing 3 at the back + unadventurous opponents. On the negative side (apart from Fraser's free kick) we didn't look like scoring until McDonald fluked an equaliser.
I thought Lewis (never a top class goalie) and Robson were awful. I would have subby'd both at HT. Scobbie's distribution was poor but he at least competes and won most of challenges. I was impressed with Moshni and Ralston but thought Fraser tried to do too much himself instead of feeding the forwards.
Csaba did his usual on the radio suggesting we dominated 70 of the 90 minutes - ramblings of a desperate man and the sooner he goes the better. With Moshni and Ralston in the team we now have a chance of hanging on to a play off spot but with our inability/unwillingness to attack, we are not likely to progress - we cant hope for a fluke in every game

I don't think it was a flukey goal or even a lucky goal, It's not like it cannoned off his arse or anything,
McDonald gambled on where he might try and put the ba' and gambled correctly, he actually blocked the defenders clearance through closing him down and limiting his options.
So it's hats aff to McDonald for me, and more effort like this throughout the team really wouldn't go amiss.

McDonald wasn't trying to score - he/we got the benefit of a lucky rebound. We wont get these every week and without this we would have been beaten cos apart from 1 Fraser free kick, we were weren't anywhere near to scoring in 94 minutes. We got out of jail and its a fluke in my book

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree, I don't know if you have arabgroan but I've watched it countless times this morning, and if you watch McDonald, he doesn't take his eye of the ball, and if anything the speed of the ball going into the net only increases after McDonalds block with the inside of his right boot, the Dunfermline boy doesnt really put much behind his intended clearance.
I don't know if you've ever kicked a ba' in earnest, but if you have you'll know that how you shape yourself going into a tackle, can decide which direction the ball will end up going, and if you look at his right foot it's clear it's only going to go goalwards, so maybe he wasn't trying to score per se, but he new if he got a touch it was going towards the goal.
As I said before I don't think it was afluke or a lucky goal, I think McDonald should be commended for his endeavour, and using his experience and savvy for the goal.
Edit to say, we might not get these every week, but with a bit more closing down at speed we might get some.

Mcdonald knew what he was trying to do and succeeded.
