If you look at the filing history for that company, it does say that it is dormant right enough.  I don't have a clue about these things though - does that mean that essentially it no longer exists?

Indeed but could be operational and this will show once they post next due account for period to March 18. Or we find then still accounts for a dormant company?

Because he will doubtless be evasive and press upon the fact that the business is dormant.
