ICT v Dundee United - Saturday 3rd Feb 2018

Tomorrow's game has somewhat flown under the radar this week as the fall-out from the Morton debacle, rumoured bids for the club, transfer window, ST stepping down and talks of this mooted US 'Sister club' has gave us all much to ponder this week.

But tomorrow we travel upto one of the stadiums we have actually registered a rare away win at this season.

ICT after starting the season abysmally have turned round their season and now look like having a chance for the play-off's.

However they have suffered two defeats this week from Falkirk and Dundee respectively and as a consequence perhaps a bit of nervousness will infiltrate into their psych for tomorrow. A third quick loss on the bounce would doubtless be a shock to their system, given their previous form of the past few weeks.

Given our own team morale has to be at rock bottom tomorrow will doubtless be a tetchy, nervous affair all-round. I think there might just be a single goal in it again.

My team would be.

Everybody should listen to that Harry Lewis interview.

He speaks honestly and absolutely brilliantly from the heart.

Haven't listened to the Csambler yet. Might need a couple of cans later before i can face that.

p.s. very interesting that big Harry mentioned the need for the training sessions to be more 'intensive'.

Heavy rain on the way up there, I think.

To Csaba: that was a long interview again, where he mentions the Spartans and the Ninjas.

I wonder when the interview was recorded, as he talks about 'maybe two' players coming in to the club. Assuming Tuesday or Wednesday.

To be fair to him, he recognises the issue of mental weakness in the squad, but I'd have hoped that would have been addressed by now. He's also 1000% committed to the club.......

Harry Lewis also states the performances haven't been good enough, and berates himself as well as the team.

The lack of posts regarding the match maybe indicates the bulk of the support think our biggest issues are off rather than on the park, presently.

THe Edge and Scobbie are still injured Tek, it’s only been 3 weeks for Scobbie so far. Rumour is he might start training on Tuesday next week!!

I thought Scobbie was only missing one week (the Morton match?).

Csaba said Edjenguele was close for the Morton match also. Wtf are our players such slow healers and/or always seem to suffer a set-back? So fucking frustrating we can never get anywhere near our strongest XI out.

Guess it'll be the not so mighty Quinn partnering Durnan then

Checked BBC weather.

Forecast doesn't look in anyway bad enough to get the match postponed. Inspection must surely be precautionary. Ironically the only time the rain is due to be heavy is for 8am. Subsides later in the day. Hopefully that's taken into account.

Given the current state of affairs if we get a point we will be doing well. 0-0 draw for me or them to win by one

Think theres one part of pitch thats sodden.  It passed a test for dundee game during the week so probably just precautionary.

Sure I heard it's infront of 18 yard box or both of them.
