I wouldn't think the French boys are ready: far as I can see they've NEVER played a first team game so far in their careers. The boy Logan Martin's dad played for Hibs for a short time, for anyone interested.

Some fans seem to be putting these two worrying names up to the 'net: Paul Paton and Ian Black (!!!!!)

I reckon it's pish, as Csaba clearly needs, and has stated he needs, an experienced striker.

The lad has been at 2 big teams. Stepping down a level he might just be..... I've not seen them though - so no idea

We need a right horrible bastard in the middle to win tackles and protect the back 4 and we also need a striker built like a hoose up top to hold the ball up, knock the ball down/on and bully centre halfs.

Paton is injury prone....... so there's a chance of us signing him.

Black played at Hearts with Csaba.

I'd think both are highly unlikely.

He does have a decent right hook on him He was never much of a player therefore ideally suited for the 1st division

Say what you want about Paton but he's better than what we have at CDM.

We seem to be signing these French boys after playing no full games and very little training.

That on top of the fact they have no first team experience anywhere worries me that we are signing the wrong type of players.

Aye mibbees but Flood is a pretty low bar to be judged against, should’ve been away last year ........and yes I know he had a couple of good games but we needed players fit and up for a 36 game battle every week.

Paton still a no for me ..another ex-player return sure to fail just like every other one we’ve had.......particularly as he wasn’t very good anyway 1st time round.

Interestingly, Tully saying not due briels is back and will be ready to play in a few weeks.

Will this have an impact on who we sign?
He looked good at the start although I forgot he was with us!

It was a type of arthritis problem in his hip, sounds like will likely plague the rest of his career, hopefully im wrong (im no doctor).

I was sitting a couple of seats away from him (and tosh) on Saturday so he is at least around here rather than being back in Holland. We’ve still to see the what he can do and he might be able to do a job alongside Slater who I think might be a useful addition as he passes forwards sometimes at least.
