I stayed right to the end: that was the worst performance, given the level we are at, that I have ever witnessed.
Knowing next to nothing about the players making their debut, was a bit surprised to see Slater on the park. Slater looked surprised as well, by everything around him. Mason and Quinn were dreadful (both in reality new signings this week), while Robson made a right back debut, to an extent. Scobbie must have been shitting himself.
The aforementioned Slater, along with Stanton, didn't make many forward moves or passes, and while Flood was as ever busy, it was mostly about trying to nick the ball off the feet of other players.
Keatings rarely got involved, King looked confused with Mason behind him, McDonald was....angry most of the time.
For the manager not to change things at half time is beyond my understanding
The Csaba effect?
Can't believe you have missed out today's worst player from the above analyses. Mehmet at halftime would have helped as Lewis started shakily and got no better. Must change keeper next week.
100% agree that that is worst I have seen since 1969 same again next week and in Cup and we will be looking for another manager again. Lamentable.

I don't know where to start with that today. 50% the managers fault, 50% players who were a disgrace. Those who like laughing ironically at utter incompetence will love their 1st (GK) 2nd (Flood, Quinn), 3rd (Mason) 4th goals (Robson). McKinnon would have been sacked for that.
We went to leave at 4 but decided to stay to see the new boy up front. One fresh air shot later by the new boy and a 5th goal for them and we were gone.
Only a couple of weeks ago, Livi manager says we are the best team they've faced in the league by a mile. How can u go from that to getting an absolute hammering from a team that had only won twice all season. St Mirren will not get a doing like that this season & will win league. As Pat says earlier, the players chucked it today.
Scott McDonald has absolutely nothing to offer in away games. Wins nothing in the air, zero mobility and totally isolated. James Keatings is exactly the same. He's a luxury player.
We had a really big support through there today. Totally shafted yet again. The whole lot should be refunded.

left at the 3rd. was surprised that it was only 2 at half time they were hammering us. 3 fucking times they hit the woodwork in the first half.
the line up surprised me..
Keatings I didn't think would have started having admitted during the week he has trained 2 times in 4 weeks and being taken off on Tuesday looking like he had a knock the lads nowhere near fit.
Mason was fucking brutal and very surprised that the manager never attempted to change this at half time as robson wasn't having the best of times at right back. he should have moved robson to left back and took mason off.
slater didn't look upto much.
McDonald I don't know what it is with him I think he needs a rest said it to boys last week.
as for the others. absolute shite.
how many times will we see opposing players just run past and at our defence with no cunt willing or even attempt to put a foot in?

Just home and seek as a phuckin doag I am. What did we take there the day 1200 or something. Noticed a lot of folk leaving after the 4th. Falkirk must've had about 20 attempts. They had aboot a dozen corners, We had 1 !
How many left-backs do we need and how many did we have on? Robson at right-back. he's never a right-back. And WTF was Durnan no playin for?
Skippy was losing his rag a lot of the time. Keatings was hardly in it, King looked uncomfortable with Mason at the back of him who was below average at best as was Quinn.
Very few balls or runs forward from Slater and Stanton, and they are nowhere near Scotty and Fyvie. Willo running about like a bluebottle as per.
MOTM if there is such a thing possible, hypothetically speaking would be King, but only coz he scored.
Dave Hopkin was saying a couple of weeks ago that we were the best in Championship. so to go from that to looking like diddees. WTF. Ken oor 2 best players Scotty and Fyvie are oot, but is this history repeating itself ?
That was a Shabba's Shambles today, and from the players, and we got our arses booted. Made Falkirk look like Fenerbahce.
Lucky I'm goin oot the night to a doo where naebody else is interested in futba so can hopefully drown my sorrows in drink and forget the last 12 hours.

Falkirk fucked 4-1 by ICT tonight at home.
Makes Saturday look even worse (if possible).

The Sneckie result put some folks gas on a peep in the pub tonight.
I don't think it makes the result look worse, Tek.
It underlines the lack of consistency in this league. The same lack of consistency is evident in each of the four leagues in Scotland.
League Two leaders Montrose were beaten 6-1 at home by Peterhead recently.
League One leaders Ayr (until their last game) have lost three out of four, including at home to bottom club Forfar.
Motherwell were on a great run, but haven't got a win for weeks, losing to the likes of Hamilton and Thistle in December.
Teams will get good/unusual/freak results all the time: there's a real lack of quality and consistency in the Scottish game.

Is it not right that attendances are on the up around Scottish Football just now though Pat? despite lack of quality.

.
I do.
They had won just 2 matches all season, had rarely scored and were regulary pumped.
Normal service resumed tonight.
Makes you wonder just how bad Utd had to be to hand Falkirk a scoreline like that on Saturday.
