Highlights from Ayr V Forfar. Note that Hornby (3) is announced as a trialist after scoring a peach of a free kick.
Marc McCallum absolutely outstanding in goal for Forfar too, even though he looks about a stone overweight. I still cannot understand how Zwick and that useless bastard Szromnik were preferred over him a couple of years ago. Mark Millar playing for Forfar also.

Marc McCallum absolutely outstanding in goal for Forfar too, even though he looks about a stone overweight. I still cannot understand how Zwick and that useless bastard Szromnik were preferred over him a couple of years ago. Mark Millar playing for Forfar also.
I actually think zwick had the makings of a decent keeper. I feel a loan spell would have benefitted him more though than sitting on the bench.

Without appearing to be too harsh I hope he has been released, simply not good enough which he completely showed in the iron bru cup matches. I don’t think he will cut it at Forfar either, he will be at Lochee united level in 6 months.

Im not overly impressed with any of our current development squad if im being honest.
If we dont get up this season i can see thompson binning the current set up.

I make you correct there the current development squad is the weakest in a generation. Only Chalmers for me has the natural talent to make it in the 1st team. I don’t think ST will be looking to do away with the system as he has made money with Harry Souter Ali Coote and Kieran Freeman.
