Re: Paul Quinn

If he is getting a deal, I hope it's structured to ensure we're not paying him to be a Scottish Bilate.

Re: Paul Quinn

No sure we will see him again. Hope we can replace him. Seems to be slow to think forward again when the pressure is on never mind being affy shite tonight.

they were both shite tonight.  I like Durnan but if we somehow go up, we need a couple of center halves.  Both of them tonight man, turn like combine harvesters.  I like Durnans commitment but he's not a good footballer.

Re: Paul Quinn

Thought Durnan was very good in the first half.

Re: Paul Quinn

thought he done well the first half tonight, difficult to tell how he went in the second half as it was other end of the ground.

was he at fault for any of the goals?

To be fair, no.  Flood at fault for first one, keeper saw it late.  Second goal was a bit spozzy with the way the ball broke back to Morgan and just a good strike.

Re: Paul Quinn

why this thread then? center half is not our problem.

we have a 30 year old left back playing right back, a 30 year Centre mid as our first choice right back and McMullen as our only right mid and one striker at the club.

Part the reason we were under pressure all night is distribution from all those defensive positions.  Although generally agree far from the worst performers out there.  Flood was absolutely honking for starters.

Because he is out of contract in 2 days and personally I think we could use his wage for someone better.

Old thread added to bud. He looked awful v Crusaders and was a typical reminder of how bad, slow and how the playing fae the back went wrong. He was better lately but tonight was a shite lapse too the former so I hope to fuck we replace him with better.

Scobbie and Durnan.

Murdoch is back training.

He'll be back at RB versus Brechin all being well.

Re: Paul Quinn

Centre half is far from the problem, saft af in midfield and shite upfront

For the 2nd goal, he gave away a needless foul instead of clearing his lines - St Mirren scored from the free kick albeit courtesy of a lucky rebound. Game over then
