To Derby County in January.
Surely he wouldn't go so cheaply?
Then again what did the Souttar's go for (individually)?

We are, I imagine, pretty skint and he's out of contract in May so would take this (obvs more would be better) If we could get a decent replacement (loan) and the freed up wage/trans fee (some of) was used to bring in a target man

Scottish football's stock has fallen, and we're in the second tier.
Given Robson's contract ends in May '18, as Scarpia says, if a bid is made of over £100,000, then he's likely to be off.
John Souttar was £180,000, and Harry £209,000, according to 'transfermarkt'. Both have the same agent as Robson.

Robson is a million miles away from being the physical specimen required to play in the championship. His career is at the stage where he is targetted as the weak link in our defence every week. He should be staying at the level he is at for a few years to learn the game and go down south as a man. However the modern youngster knows best. Shabba should start looking for a replacement now

Barry douglas is doing fine and robson isnt too disimilar in stature tbf. Granted douglas went abroad and bettered his game .

Barry douglas is doing fine and robson isnt too disimilar in stature tbf. Granted douglas went abroad and bettered his game .
To be fair the laddies worked on the physical side of things close season by the looks of him and he has a good engine and a good attitude.
I despaired watching him at times last season but there is something there I think and probably worth a championship club taking a punt on him.

Eh wid bite yir hand aff fir that amount oh money fir Jamie Robson.
He played well against St Mirren but what aboot the rest oh the gems where he’s constantly ripped apart fay the majority oh wingers he comes up against, Inverness, St Mirren away livi ti name a few.

I would take that. Plenty of decent players out of contract or available for loan in January. Would also like to get rid of N'Koyi and bring in a better striker for the last few months of the season.

They made £90 million after being relegated from the EPL. Im hoping the said clubs involved have a wee bidding war, United should stand firm and hold out for a good offer.

Pish offer and accepting it would only reduce the chances of better fees in the future.
If we could bri g in better for the same fee then it all matters more getting up but balancing the risk is tough. He could well bring us in mair later 'if' he signed a new contract.
Csaba might be key in the whole caper here.
What could he do with £100000 if he even got it & could he convince the lad to sign a new contract?

Don't see the point in selling him mid-season when we will be entitled to a development fee whenever we let him go. The same with Fraser.
