His team selections,substitutes and general caution in certain games has hampered us greatly during this campaign.
Take England out of the equation and it was a pretty easy group.Infact they're nothing special either.Another huge opportunity missed.

20 years without qualifying, there are much bigger problems than one manager or one game.
To answer your question - go. Look at the goals we lost last night, and tell me that we were unlucky. You can't, the defending was abysmal. Same throughout the campaign, from basic pass and move from Lithuania at Hampden for their goal, to multiple set pieces where basics cost us - the Slovakia 3rd goal, the Harry Kane goal, and two last night.
Who should replace him? Tommy Wright is one option, Stuart McCall is another.
