Keatings goal
1st win for u20s after 3 defeats but main thing is Keatings getting fitter and confidence up I suppose.
Toshney, Durnan, Flood, Allardice, Fraser & Keatings = 6 x 1st team starters.
Donaldson, Dailly, Davidson, Chalmers & Piggott the other starters.
Appere, Ritchie & Hornby 3 used subs.
Thomas, Reekie, Glass & Inglis unused subs.

Should have won by more.
Good that we're using these games as practice matches.
Manager tightening up a bit?
Looked up the fishal & our next U20 game was scheduled for the 26th (Celtic at home wherever that is) but has been postponed for whatever reason. That means these kids are not playing between 12th Sept & 3rd October. Three weeks without a game, that's not right. They're wanting to play football. Or should be wanting to play football, kids nowadays, probably suits them. Bo & Willo have said as much.

It is too long without a game.
Should try and arrange a friendly against a local side to keep them ticking over (Lochee Utd or the like).

The Devs are away to St.Mirren later on tonight.
Entry is FREE for any nearby Arabs.
Keep us posted with the team if you're going Tek.
I see we're at home & I mean home to Hertz next Tuesday Oct 10 with a 6pm kick-off.
Might let local Arabs plan ahead, I've put it in the diary.

Heard he was some state. Also told our trialist was Mitch Egan.
Any word on Jordan Hornby's progress?
I've only seen him play 3 or 4 times but was impressed on each occasion.
He's an out-and-out left back but in one game he was drafted into left central defence and despite him not being a six-footer or anything he was very good in the air too.
He has a sweet left foot too & I'm just surprised we've not seen him get a mention amongst the 1st XI subbies.

Fokje only got a trial after Chris Peacock failed a medical.
Wayne King was too busy to turn up and Howie Feltersnatch was arrested.
Darren Taylor must do better!
