Scarpia, Joe Rice was polite enough to reply to me a fortnight ago, but my follow up hasn't been acknowledged.
Saw the John James email from ST, but the context then and the extent and evidence of the involvement of the authorities in cheating wasn't as obvious. We as a club are as culpable as Regan and Doncaster in condoning cheating if we don't speak out.
As for John James, he's a well connected nutcase.

Teams are turfed oot of cups for fielding unregistered or banned players even for a few minutes. Teams have had their promotions disqualified for not having the right number of seats in their stadiums.
9 years i think of attracting players they couldnt afford otherwise to win trophies they might not have won on contracts not declared within the SFA rules. That's only for starters.

Every club in Scotland should be kicking off over this, threatening breakaway leagues, leaving SFA, SPFL to die, but that will never happen either. It'll just be accepted with a shrug of the shoulders. Spineless as fuck these days us Scots.

As an update, no response from United yet, either officially, or in terms of replying to private email.
The SPFL is now being lined up to do nothing about cheating, and not just cheating by underhand payments, but by using your money to make these illegal payments.
In the meantime, we got docked three points and fined £30,00 for fielding Ali Coote for 12 minutes, with Jamie Robson on the bench.
I'll be writing to United soon once again: wonder if they will offer me my season ticket(s) money back?

Now the SPFL claim to lack the legal powers to act on cheating.
If they state that Sevco is a new club, or if they indicate old Rangers are having titles they cheated to gain removed, can anyone tell me who could legally challenge that?

PS a club official called me today to say they were waiting on the SPFL statement.
It was polite of the club to do so, but presently I'd say there is little agreement between the official club position, and those of us who are displeased with the lack of action.

Sadly no surprise what's happened here - the only reason Sevco didn't go straight into the SPL was timing (season ticket sales) this time the clubs have got their paws on people's money so they don't give a fuck

Bump for this one: all the ducks are getting in a line for a change happening with the football authorities.
United, and most other clubs, should be embarrassed by their silence at the chicanery which has been taking place.

Heard the BBC saying that the SFA have written to all clubs saying no to a judicial review 
Am sure ST will do/say fuck all so we can only hope some of the others grow a pair, although this seems unlikely imo
