See a number of our fans (quite rightly) asking why the need to queue at the club shop to buy tickets versus Brechin at home.
Seriously wtf is that all about?

It's a joke. The club make things as difficult as possible for supporters and can't even see it. The lack of intelligence inside the club right now is frightening.

Apart from the inconvience of having to queue in a long line to get tickets (when you should just be able to pay at the turnstile) there's also the small issue of having to print out tickets and the waste of time and expense this incurs (no matter how small).

From a supporters point of view, it's a pain in the arse
From a business point of view, it means extra staff costs, extra printing & it pisses customers off unnecessarily. The only business upside I can see is it drives footflow into the shop and folk may spend more on impulse buys, however they make you queue separately outside so you can't browse anyway so that's not working, so what is the business argument for it?

Folk were asking the security boy controlling the queue outside the shop what the craik was wi paying in and buying tickets & he didnae have a scooby.
Someone in the queue said to some they could pay in at JK and that helped them.
Some folk swerved going in at all as they were'nt sure what the big queue was for.
If the idea is to get us in to buy merchandice as we normally do it didnae work for us because we spent the 15 - 20 minutes had spare to choose stuff in the queue.
Could you really not PATG for ET & GF?

Of course they could have PATG in the ET & GF, they could even hand out seat specific tickets at the turnstiles if they really wanted, fuck knows why they won't just do that.

PATG turnstile was open but folk were queueing at the shop because they thought they had to.

Can only PATG for ET lower and JK. ET upper and full GF need tickets, even today.

Seems like whatever the reasons behind the decisions they need to make things slicker and better organised.
Only good side for me was i saved £12- £?? on merchandice as my kids were stressed about missing the start of the match.
I worry more about the less patient fans that came back today after a while. Don't want them put off.

Derek Robertson and David Southerns crazy idea. Southern wont change it though. Hes been asked countless times but answers always no. Useless cunt.
