Thank you for the numbers Patrick.
The opening match of the competition saw the tie won by Glasgow band Travis.They will now enter Round 2 (seeded) as a consequence of said victory.Joining them in Round 2 also (albeit unseeded) will be Falkirk's Arab Strap after they finished runner-up.Eliminated at the first hurdle are Deacon Blue and AC/DC respectively.
