Unsure how true but heard he has been moved right to first team as was initially signed for development squad

True bud. Was talked about by Ray on Arabzone aftermatch interview.

the 1st half was like a pre season friendly 2nd half we increased the tempo and moved Raith around a lot more. 2-0 was about right Fraser Mom for me he was surrounded every time he got the ball but still created most of our best chances. Dont like to criticize younger players but i thought Allardice was very poor.

Didn't think Allardice was poor. Looked steady and did fine I thought. Plenty players
finding their way fae pre season to competitive match today. Can't see why you'de single him out other than playing safer passing.

I dont think he has the pace or movement required to be effective. As i said im not looking to write him off but he is not proactive and sits too far off his direct opponent. I dont think we'll see too much of hom this year Flood Briels Stanhton Fraser all ahead of him for me.

Fair enough, others are ahead of him but thought he did OK for a dev player chucked in.

Wasn't there yesterday, but noticed from reports and comments that Spittal was anonymous.
Who is the new figure of hate?
Might it be Billy King for his name, Scott Fraser for his mane, or maybe Paul McMullan for his Celtic connections?

Hopefully it's decided soon as I can't wait to get the pitchfork out

he is the most talented player at tannadice. the league is full of players who charge about getting the boot. players like Fraser are matchwinners. he will be the number1 target for opposition thugs this season as they know what i have just typed is true. it takes a clown to abuse your best player.

QOS away 4-1 win, was outstanding that day scored and assisted.
St Mirren at hame 2-1 win- Donaldson's Last nail in his coffin, scored and assist.
Dumbarton at hame 2-1 win- his 2 corners leading ti oor goals.
That's just aff the tap oh me and the young lads hade, maste fans huv made up their minds and wini admit things they cani accept which is fine, opinions and ah that. Sum of the stick he gets is way overboard IMO.

Most talented, probably yes. But that doesn't translate to being our best player because the lad has zero heart.
If he's the number one target for thugs, I'd suspect it's as much to do with the fact that they know how easy it is to bully him out of the game.
Until he learns that side of the game, he'll never get close to realising his potential.
On the game yesterday, I thought Briels looked very promising for his first game. Gets about the park, puts in tackles and can pick a pass.

it depends what your looking in a player. Its a similar debate i was having anout 5yrs ago with experts in the GF lower (expensive seat section) about whether Rankin was better than Armstrong . Fraser will start everygame this year and then be sold for a million .

Unless he signs a new contract he will leave for free at the end of the season.
To put my tuppence worth in - Fraser is one of our most talented players. Probably one of the best in our shitty league. There will be games where he is a stand out performer and others where he makes you want to rip your pus aff. If he had Willo's work rate/mindset then he'd be not far off English Premiership standard and I firmly believe that. Got to remember he is still very very young (22?) So a long way to go until he is at his peak. I highly doubt he will be with us when he does though. For what its worth, it will be a higher level than us no matter what league we are in.
Online!
Fraser will get the attention from defenders that Andreu got last year, I doubt he will handle it

Surely that's getting boring now, ah the p!sh aboot him no hayin a heart , doesn't get stuck in. Scott Fraser isn't in the team ti dae the ball winning, he's in there ti effect it going forward (which clearly he does) that's why there's a mixture oh player types in a team, that's the only hing people hay ti huv a go at um, gee the young lad encouragement instead oh getting on his case fir 80 oh the 90 minutes.

Pretty much every player in the modern game has to expect to do a bit of digging in when not in possession. Fraser's no exception.
For what it's worth, I like him. I think he's got a lot of talent. But that alone isn't going to carry him.
At a time when the club is accepting any offers for our young players, it's telling that there was no interest in him this summer. It wouldn't have taken much to prise him away I wouldn't have thought. Not with a year left on his contract.

Local boy playing his trade for his team and folk canna wait to slay him off. Baffles me

5/6 good performances over the course of the season is not what we need. He does have some ability limited. but nothing to special.
He's soft as fuck
