Their statement on the big tax case decision is utterly appalling. Be as well writing "Rangers can do what they like and we will never attempt to punish them, we will also always regard them as Rangers, the same club they have always been. Furthermore if you don't like it Fuck you, WATP"
Be as well shutting the doors of the game up here, it's fucking pointless.

The Board of the Scottish FA notes the judgment of the Supreme Court and wishes to clarify the implications of this final legal decision from a football regulatory perspective.
In light of the Inner House of the Court of Session decision, the Board of the Scottish FA sought external senior counsel opinion to ensure a robust and independent consideration of all implications of today’s judgment.
The Board received written advice from Senior Counsel, amplified when the QC attended a full meeting of the Board to discuss his conclusions.
Specifically, Senior Counsel was asked to anticipate whether a determination in favour of HMRC, as announced today, could imply that there had been a breach of the Scottish FA’s Disciplinary Rules as they applied at the time of the EBT payments.
The clear opinion of Senior Counsel is that there is a very limited chance of the Scottish FA succeeding in relation to any complaint regarding this matter and that, even if successful, any sanctions available to a Judicial Panel would also be limited in their scope.
Accordingly, having had time to consider the opinion from Senior Counsel, and having examined the judgment of the UK Supreme Court, the Board has determined that no further disciplinary action should be taken by the Scottish FA at this time.

You cannae even have a suspension overturned in the time it took to come to this decision.
Teams are turfed oot of cups for fielding unregistered or banned players even for a few minutes. Teams have had their promotions disqualified for not having the right number of seats in their stadiums.
9 years i think of attracting players they couldnt afford otherwise to win trophies they might not have won on contracts not declared within the SFA rules. That's only for starters.
I'm nae expert on the finer details of all thats gone on here but come on tae fuck, this stinks badly.

Time to hit them where it hurts = money
All Scotland games and the Scottish Cup should be boycotted until we see change.
And i don't just mean The Rangers being acknowledged as a Newco with ZERO honours.
I mean a complete clear-out of cunts like Stewart Regan from our game.

Completely agree. Will never happen tho.
Every club in Scotland should be kicking off over this, threatening breakaway leagues, leaving SFA, SPFL to die, but that will never happen either. It'll just be accepted with a shrug of the shoulders. Spineless as fuck these days us Scots.

Things might take a twist if it turns out true that some clubs in england used EBTs too. This judgement may mean the EFA have to act. If they act in are more proper way than the SFA pressure could mount on them.
Edit to say:-
Quick google search has rumours of 6 EPL teams usibg EBTs

It's 'senior counsel'- SFA are claiming they got legal advice. Cheat Murray claims he got legal advice too, to become a tax evaders.
Always someone else to blame.

I'd rejoice if the shit hit the fan down there.
Arsenal prospective signing reported this morning £46.5 million dwarfed by Man U £75 million.
Phuking nuts.

Saw that from Murray - aye, right - that's why you kept the side letters secret (and they only came to light as the result of a separate criminal inquiry) because everything was above board

Thank fuck protests are actually on the go!
Sure any efforts on the go will escalate and encourage others to ramp it up.
Time to make a stand against those hiding from whats gone on through guilty association through to personal bias!
A mate said to me today, " It's bullshit and common sense tells you if you've been bypassing the laws of the country and SFA to get players you could not otherwise afford you get an unfair sporting advantage!"
Time to stand up and protest together.

United board met yesterday to consider their position. I'd hope this was happening up and down the country.
It's not as the final outcome regarding the cheating is a surprise.
If clubs don't condemn the authorities and demand change, including United, the 'position' of the boards is untenable.
Arabtrust have released a statement and will be asking United to ensure there is an investigation into the Huns cheating#
# I may have paraphrased that last bit somewhat

If nothing is done it leaves the doors open for all clubs to use tax avoidance schemes and not declare them to the SFA might be an arguement to push for justice.
Still can't get over the SFA taking a few hours to write off the judgement on the back of one lawyer's advise. Supposedly.

Arabnophobia, the old Rangers are guilty of tax evasion, which is illegal.
Tax avoidance is above board for the immoral individual or company, although imo it is about as bad.
The SFA are deep in the shit, hoping their favouritism 'blows over'. It won't.
As for King claiming his team would have won all the trophies anyway without cheating, why didn't they choose the honest route?

Green, Whyte, Murray, the Rangers the SFA. Chunts the lotta them.

Deafening silence from our board- and other clubs.
See how the SFA pay the club wages of players who were injured on International duty? Could it be that when old Rangers players were injured playing for Scotland - the SFA paid into the EBT funds of those players?

Wee warning for the corrupt SFA today....if only our police were as diligent.
As far as United are concerned, they are still keeping quiet. Now not responding to my communications again. Well, they've got my money now, right enough, for the forthcoming season.

Unsurprising as apparently ST was of the opinion that the rather surprising LNS decision should not be appealed at the time and there appears to be evidence of an e-mail to that effect (on John James' site - I'm not a fan of his and he often spouts shite but it looks genuine in this instance)
