Yep a defo defensive midfielder, looked o.k. to me, wanted the ball even in tight areas, passed the ball well and got stuck in without flying in ala Toshney.

Keeper is Denis member according to the courier. Ex port vale by the looks of it

Edit to add he was at falkirk for a while but I have absolutely no recollection of his coupon...

A few names I've had mentioned to me this weekend are Liam Shephard, Dom Thomas and Barry Corr.
Corr's a big Irish target man with a very decent goal scoring record down south, upon looking into him, he's struggled with a knee injury for the last year or so, sounds like exactly what we're looking for if he can get himself fit.

Dom Thomas played well against us in the 3-3 game at Tannadice v QOTS.Scored a good goal too.

Barry Corr is a decent forward.Luggy signed him a couple of times for Plymoth and Swindon iirc.My only concern is he's now the wrong side of 30 and as you said has had a knee problem.Worth offering a trial too though certainly (if he's acceptable too that).

Liam Shephard i don't know anything of.

Dom Thomas would be a good signing. I was impessed by him anytime I saw him against us last season. Competition for the wide position is good.
