McKinnon never learned from mistakes last season that why we were on relegation form from Xmas onwards (4 wins in 18). Had it not been for a certain individual's emergence at the tail end of the season, we wouldn't have got past the 1st round of play off matches. McKinnon should be the 1st to go but if he's staying then there has to be a massive clear out which includes Telfer, Spittal, Flood &hopefully Toshney and Donaldson too. 
 

Exactly, no room for sentiment at this point, it's what's done on the park that counts.

We've not been good enough for two years +, Ray needs to come up with a new team, some formation and a cunning plan for some entertaining and winning football.......or he'll end up getting his jotters too.
