Over 4000 sold today general sale tommorrow.

Would like to see the shed being opened rather than the jerry kerr if we sell out the george fox and east stands.

Tried to buy East Stand tickets at 1645, wouldn't take payment. Tried 5 times, told me my payment wasn't accepted and declined. Deleted and changed card details and declined again and again. Called ticket office and told they'd shut down computers.

Can we not just make it possible to buy tickets to attend Tannadice easily & without that stressful style of caper. If you can buy online until 1700 then come on, let us buy.

I need front row as bairn needs to see so I can't just take what's going. Whoever is in charge needs a kick up the arse here.

I never complain as I know it's tough to get things right but come on tae fuck!

Re: Home leg tickets

Give us a break pal ... how hard are the folk behind the scenes at the club working just now?

Folk working all hours Saturday and Sunday.

Give us a break? All I want to do is give my wee lassie my word. I need a chosen view as she's young and I've bought ET Lower before that's not row a and she can't see.

Closing down computer systems to buy tickets early isn't doing yer bit
for those who support the club. I have hard days at work and work double shifts for fuck all extra so give me a break!

Folk working all hours Saturday  and Sunday  aye? My point is they are not. I've to tell my bairn that nothing is confirmed because folk felt like they'd done enough work for one day and we were early enough but too late for them as they shut up shop early?

Pish!

I've never complained about how Utd staff work so give me a break!

And getting paid for it, it's called having a job.  I don't think it's too much to ask for the customer service to be right, unfortunately with Utd it rarely is.

Re: Home leg tickets

I bought four row A George Fox for me and my kids about 8pm last night with no issues at all, I used the interactive map and there were about 100 row A seats left, didn't look at ETL.

First time I've bought United tickets online, it was a positive experience.

Does anyone know if when collecting these if there is another place in the shop to do so?  I mean I don't want to queue up as if to buy tickets, is there a different till for collecting tickets?

I seem to remember that pre purchased tickets could be picked up from the shop till rather than the ticket office in the shop till, if that makes sense...

Re: Home leg tickets

You can collect them in the shop at the left side of the counter. They store them in pigeon hole style stacker in alphabetical boxes. Usually quite a fast process.

Did you order on a PC? Cant see interactive plan.

Thanks Phobia.

Yeah, on my windows laptop.

From memory I entered what tickets I wanted and  they offered me four then there was a bigish orange button that said something like "select from seat plan".

I clicked on this, had to agree to allow Adobe to run then it brought up the stadium graphic.

Click on the section of the stand you want to sit in then it zooms into the seats and shows what ones are free.

Good luck.

A

Re: Home leg tickets

Is there no chance of just rocking up on the day and paying in at the turnstyle?

I'm sure they'll end up putting a cash gate on the JK or Shed mate.

Pretty sure I read that there will be a cash gate at the Jerry Kerr but I can't find anything on the official.

Re: Home leg tickets

Youll be able to buy a ticket vebefore game if no cash gate.

Cash gate being open will depend on them opening the shed or not id say.
