But United's communication on these matters, I'll easily admit, is poor.
I see we've got a safety officer: is it on his (poor) advice that we keep messing up entry arrangements for matches? Or is it down to Nigel Smith, the Stadium Operations Manager?

Drove down 'bout ten, queue right up street, didn't even bother stopping.
