Aye, a joint meeting is good. Not wishing to start a debate, but it's not really an olive branch, is it? Or if it is, why and when did the various groups fall out?
From the meeting I hope they aim to form one discussion group to meet with the board, there are too many factions.

Would love if our fans groups came as 1, yeah people will disagree, people will have different opinions, but all in it for the club we love. Collectively 1 joint fans group could raise funds for the club, youth, local charities, represent fans at board level, stand up and ask questions of directors, chairman, coaching staff and generally give us supporters more of voice, more power at the club.
Dundee United Supporters Federation could be a name.

How's the foundation of Arabs going to get on with the youth club - both seem to want folk to dig deep? Potential to have a conflict there?
Seems a sensible and positive move to me so well done to Fans United for initiating it.
