Win this and we are almost certainly confirmed in 4th place (at least) and it would allow us to stop looking over our shoulder and just concentrate on looking UP the table.
Seems to have been a better balance to the team in the past 2 matches since we brought back Telfer beside Willo and put Murray on the left.
With that in mind....what team would everyone like to see put out to the field in Dumfries?

Nicholls or Coote the only question. Personally I'd go with Coote.

Only position is right midfield, not blessed with any quality in that position

Coote was an injury doubt for Tuesday (hence why he never started). If fit, I'd play him although he was really poor when he came on and never got up to speed at all. He also offered Robson no real protection against their right back (Devlin) who is a decent player going forward.
Nicholls actually links up quite well but his final ball/end product is poor and he looks like a bag of nerves when he gets near the opposition box.
QotS's best player is the guy Dom Thomas who plays right wing (Motherwell loanee). We'll need to make sure we are on top of him on Saturday. Robson and whoever is wide left will need to improve in this area.

Massive game today with 3 points a must woukd be good for morton and falkirk to both drop points as we need all the help we can get!

pivotal match for utd this. Win and it could be the start of a winning run with 4 of the last 6 at home. Lose it and the negativity will be all over the place again. I' ll go for a draw.

The most important thing is we build a bit of confidence and form, which obviously means getting 3 points. If we've got any chance of getting up thru the play offs we need that, because imo, we're not as good as whoever we'll end up facing from the top league.

Might be daft , but me and the young lad on way doon.
Couldn't tell ya what the team should be. Murdoch struggling so Toshney back in?
Dini ken who id play on the right don't think Nicholls or Coote are great tbh.
We've done well doon here this season though so hopefully that continues
3-1 the arabs.

Coote and Dixon start. Spittal back on the bench.

Don't think there's much oh a surprise to the team, fir me Robson's struggled last couple gems. Hopeully Dicker's sitting oot has gave him a boot up the erse.

Possibly imo our best team.
Apart fae rb. Still not sure.

Very disappointing result, our away form this season has been brutal.
Hibs dropping points, again. St mirren putting 6 past a poor Ayr side that we scraped a win with.
We are a terrible side in a terrible league. Depressing.

Piss poor result. No consistency whatsoever.
Doesn't help Bell getting injured and having no sub keeper.

Zwick in goal gives me the fear.

No long in from work. Listened to the "proceedings" on Sport sound the day. What I heard suggests that QoS were the better side and deserved the points more than we did, tho I'd rather wait and see what the folk at the match have to say.
Seems like we lost 2 in goals in 10 minutes after Zwick came on. FFS.
Seems no long ago we were talking about Hibs being only 4 or 5 points ahead of us, and of our attempt to catch them. Now it's phuckin Falkirk.

Seek. We are getting worse

Morton drop points tae and a chance to get away from qots and we manage to get pumped 4-2
Fucking unreal

Seems like the fase dawn is over and normal service has resumed.
Not at game but stats tell a familiar story. We have 56% possession and 5 shots (4 on target) i.e 1 shot per 11% possession. Queens have 12 shots from 44% which is 1 shot per 3.5% possession.
No surprises the team more focussed on attacking won. Whats the point of possession if you don't do anything with it. Assuming we even get there, we've no hope of winning play-offs
No surprise given how piss poor we were against Ayr.
We're not good enough to win the first play off even if we hang on to fourth and on current form I doubt we'll even manage that

Scary how poor we were to ayr the other night there and you see what st mirren done to them today .

Just seen the goals on Azone. Three long punts and one flog from Willo who tries to be clever instead of booting the ball into touch.

The goals we lost were criminal.
We are actually on the attack for 2 of them.
Their 2nd is pathetic.
We have an attacking free-kick and they clear it and Willo absolutely makes a cunt of it by reacting slowly and then being easily outmuscled.
Leaving us in a situation where the only outfield player back is Murdoch.
Their 3rd Zwick is beaten at his near post (poor).
Their 4th Dixon does the job for them with a nice wee close-range tap in into the corner of the net.
Honest to fuck we are a shambles.
McKinnon making an utter cunt of this gig.
We are WORSE than last season.

we are worse than last season alot worse ive said it all along Tek...
We beat St Johnstone away this time last year. No way this team could do that
