What do you do?

debt is 20 pounds
player and management costs are 60 pounds
other costs are 30 pounds
playing in the second division of the league

Mortgage off the assets I have to cover the missing tenner and stick my fingers in my ears going "La La La La La"!
Only take them out when easy questions are being asked, in advance, in writing.
Discredit those asking the real hard questions, distract the simple of mind with smoke and mirrors and rinse and repeat interviews of the last 5 years reminding everyone how much me and my family have put in.
Do I get my own office?

There's not a missing tenner. My calc's say there a £10 profit. Allocate £5 to reducing the debt by 25% and invest another £5 to make the business better next year. In 3 years you'll be debt free, the squad will be stronger and generating bigger profits - easy
Bring back the (real) "United Way" not the kiddy-on Martin version
