The latter.
The biggest export to leave the UK is a Scottish product.
We would be ok.

The biggest issue with a separate Scottish currency is that 80% of Scottish exports go to the Uk currency conversion would make us less competitive. I would think a separate Scottish currency is a distant 3rd in the list of options. To get back to the original point the voters must know what the SNP are going to do. This it will be alright on the night stuff wont do it for me.

The idea that each side must set out plans to back up plans is equally impossible due to the unpredictable financial climate across the planet.
No one really knows what will be going on when it matters.
Whatever happens between now and the future in world politics is better controlled by a government that gives a fuck about the people it serves and the tories give no fuck about Scotland. Neither do Labour or the rest.
Any decisions we are dragged into won't be made with much, if any consideration for us.
I thought that Trump had as much chance of being USA president as Frankie Boyle being made 1st Minister but there you go. World is going politically tits up.
Terresa fkn May to look after Scotland's interests is even more hilarious than wondering how Frankie Boyle would get on with Kim Jong Un, Trump or Putin!

Why do voters need to know what the SNP are going to do, u said a couple of days ago not to worry about party politics as the tories or SNP wouldn't be in power forever, now because it suits your argument we have to know?
With Brexit on the go no one knows what a no vote will mean either so your whole arguments illogical?

To be told to stay to together as we're better together and wouldn't get into Europe anyway then instigate leaving Europe and tell us the confusion means we shouldn't make things more confused by trying to stay in fkn Europe???

I was Yes in 2014 and will be a massive Yes whenever the next one is. I honestly cannot see how anybody could not see the benefits of us getting away from that wretched Westminster.
Have to say though that I really can't be arsed with hearing all the same arguments again - currency, Europe etc etc. The thought of another couple of years of that is truly depressing.

The currency Scotland will use is not a Party politics issue. Governments do not come to power and change the currency. We have been using the same currency for almost 300yrs. If the SNP win the ref they will have to make a decision on the currency. I believe the SNP will have to show their hand this time. I personally feel its essential to know this to make an informed decision.

👍 - key question and one that the pro-indepemdence campaign had to get right this time
Given the complexity of Brexit and the travails of the Euro a plan B (and C!) might not go amiss.
I think they urgently need to address the possibility that a Scottish currency might be necessary
