Well will you?
Me personally,i will.
Got a wee boy who is just excited to attend a Final.
But understand those who can't be bothered with it,also.
If not though....why not?Just out of curiousity and nothing more.

Ach why not? Watched a lot of pish so far this year. Lets hope we can win some silver, be it this silly cup.
But remember STENHOUSEMUIR.

No.
None of the choices (excepting "Tek is not only handsome but also possesses a rapier wit", and even then only potentially, as I've never met Tek...) cover my thoughts on the 'Trojan Horse Cup'.

I'll be at work but if I wasn't then yeah definitely!

I probably will go for a day out, common sense will make the game a Saturday.
If the Taffs make it it shouldn't matter where in Scotland it will be played as they have to travel anyway, ideally McDiarmid would be best as it will mostly be United fans in attendance.
If it is to be St Midden East End park would be good as that would roughly be halfway between both clubs.
Knowing the West coast bias it will be the shithole that is Fir Park.

My wee lad is 9 and is desperate to see us in a final so I'll be going (I went last time as well, shudder).
The final was at McDairmid last season so I doubt if it'll be there this time. I agree about East End Park. It holds 12,000 which will be ideal especially if its us against St Mirren. Anything bigger like Easter Road will look daft with loads of empty seats given that a lot of fans won't go because they'll see it as a diddy cup.

it does not hold the prestige of the Scottish cup or the League cup no doubt about that. We have won 4 trophys in 108 years granted this would not class as .a major honour. However i want Utd to win every game they play so will be there to lend my support. Dont abuse the tournament get behind the terrors

Probably not but as I've not been able to get to as many games as I'd wanted to this season might give it a go

My 1st final was against St Mirrren 30yrs ago. There's a fair chance my daughters 1st final will be against them too, pity it's this cup but it'd be wrong to miss the chance to take her to a final. Might never get the chance again
Smirren it is then - no exactly making feel enthusiastic about it

The SPFL have abused the tournament by including colt/U20 sides and the Welsh and Irish teams.

As above, it's on a point of principle.
I went to the last Challenge Cup matches in '95, but won't support the ridiculous set up this season which is a prelude to something more sinister.
In saying all that, I hope United win, and it's a great day out for all the supporters who do attend.

Supposedly on the 24th a fucking Friday night

It's advertised as the Saturday or Sunday, Friday night making two teams travel would be insane.
It has to be a Saturday for common sense sake.

I'll be there with my young lad who's 6 he's just started going to some games with me this season and to him seeing Utd win a cup and the team coming across at the end of a hopeful win would make his day! only one problem with this master plan. It's Dundee United Football Club we're talking about here :-0
Working morning of Sat 25th March so deffo not going now...tbf can't say I'm heartbroken

If I was back home I would go, but only because it's a United game. If we win, I'd celebrate as much as I normally would if we beat St. Mirren. I wouldn't celebrate as if we had just won a trophy. I feel guilty about having this opinion, as there are plenty of lower division teams who have never won anything and who would be over the moon to win this cup. I feel a bit Old Firm-y.
ive seen quite a few people describe it as a bit old firm like to look down on the tournament. however rangers 2012 had over 45k fans at last years final if any set of fans based on trophy wins could look down on the tournament it was them.
if you dont want to go fair enough no need to look for excuses about the merit of the tournament

Er..... are you re-writing history here to suit your excuses?
