Looks like nobody has security over Gussie (GA Arena) anymore. Standard security was satisfied in Jan this year. 
Half expect us to take out another loan and use gussie to secure it. 

Hugh Drummond Duncan still has security over Tannadice and upon googling this appears an installment towards the repayment was/is due this month. 

 
I asked an accountant friend of mine and he said the auditors resigning could mean nothing. Possibly they put in a tender for this year's accounts and didn't get it so resigned in their official capacity as auditors.
First payment to Hugh is scheduled for the end of this month.  6 figure sum .
