What would it be?

I mean this as an entirely serious question, and not in an attempt at a mud-raking thread.

I know employees of Utd read this Forum,including one's who are non-playing staff.Possibly even Directors or Thompson himself (Stevie Campbell text me the night before his 'End of season review' on here 18 months or so ago to say he couldn't do it as the club had ordered him not too,as an example).

So if he reads this (or it gets back to him),what would you like him to consider?

Looking for a detailed answer, no high level BS. Short term, it appears that hibs have a stronger squad than us, and that our chances of winning a playoff against the 11 placed SPL team is low. What is going to happen this week to improve things?

Long term, is the club breaking even? If not, then when? What are we doing to attract the best local young players? what are we doing to make tannadice an enjoyable experience for young supporters? what is your succession plan as chairman?

Why did you give yet another Manager a 3 year deal?

If it doesn't work out with Ray we are once again in a position of having to stick with a Manager longer than we need to or should because we are not in a position to pay-off him and his coaching staff.
